Well, I was going to give you a weight loss update yesterday but today seemed like a much more fun day. First because it's Friday (and that, by default, is always a better day). Second, because as of this morning, Your Not So Skinny Wedding Concierge has lost....
21 lbs!! WOOT!
Hey, I live in Vegas baby, it seemed only natural:) So did this sparkly "21" cake topper (notice sans cake will you please?) seem the perfect image to accompany this post. You know I love the SPARKLE.
But even though I live in "Lucky Town", Luck really has had nothing to do with it. I have been working hard every day; walking, eating right, getting a good night's sleep and working "My Program". Simple instructions? Yes. Easy, NO!! But I know its worth it because I am feeling better, happier, healthier and "Groovier" already.
And if you will allow me one final Vegas analogy...
I AM Betting on ME!! What are YOU Today?
